About the role
Own the technical win in enterprise healthcare deals. You will partner with Sales from the first discovery conversation through demo, pilot and security review, then hand the account to Implementation with a documented solution design. Our buyers bring their CIO, their security team, their compliance officer and their EHR integration lead to the table, often all at once. This is a builder role: you will create the demo library and the RFP knowledge base rather than inherit them. It suits 4 to 8 years in pre-sales, solution consulting or sales engineering, including at least 2 years in healthcare SaaS.
What you will do
- Run technical discovery to map current consent and signature workflows, integration points, volumes and regulatory obligations.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations that reflect the prospect's own use cases, personas and terminology rather than a generic walkthrough.
- Build and maintain demo environments, sample workflows and reusable demo assets for the wider sales team.
- Scope, run and close out pilots and proofs of concept against written success criteria agreed with the customer up front.
- Lead responses to RFPs, RFIs, vendor assessments and security questionnaires, and build a reusable answer library from them.
- Scope integrations across EHR and enterprise systems: Epic, Oracle Cerner, HL7 v2 and FHIR, SSO through SAML or OIDC, REST APIs and webhooks.
- Assemble and present compliance evidence covering HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, SOC 2 Type II and CMS-0053-F, working with Security and Legal on customer-specific requirements.
- Own technical competitive positioning against DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Sign and other eSignature and eConsent vendors, and keep battlecards current.
- Handle objections on security architecture, data residency, audit trails, tamper evidence and the legal validity of signatures.
- Feed prioritised field requirements and gaps into Product with a clear business case and deal context.
- Hand off won deals to Implementation with a documented solution design, integration plan and open-item list.
- Enable Account Executives and BDRs through product training, discovery frameworks and technical objection handling.
- Support Marketing with webinars, technical content, conference demos and customer-facing technical collateral.
What we are looking for
- 4 to 8 years in pre-sales, solution consulting or sales engineering for enterprise B2B SaaS, including at least 2 years in healthcare SaaS.
- Direct experience selling or supporting software into healthcare providers, payers or life sciences organisations.
- Demonstrated ownership of the technical win in deals that passed formal security and compliance review.
- Strong demonstration and storytelling skills, able to hold a mixed audience of business, IT and compliance stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of eSignature and consent frameworks: the ESIGN Act, UETA, eIDAS, Aadhaar eSign and Digital Signature Certificates, along with PKI, audit trails and tamper evidence.
- Hands-on API literacy: REST, JSON, Postman, webhooks, and the ability to read API documentation and build a working sample flow without engineering support.
- Practical understanding of identity and access management: SSO, SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM and role-based access control.
- Experience writing and reviewing RFP responses and security questionnaires.
- Comfortable working across multiple live deals and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, and a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or an equivalent technical discipline.
Nice to have
- A healthcare IT background: Epic, Oracle Cerner, HL7 v2, FHIR or IHE profiles.
- Exposure to GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 validation, including IQ, OQ and PQ documentation.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure, containerised deployments and data residency considerations.
- Experience with contract lifecycle management, document workflow or forms automation platforms.
- Prior work at an eSignature, eConsent or clinical documentation vendor.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIPP, cloud architecture, or Epic or Cerner credentials.
- Willingness to travel for onsite discovery workshops, demos and customer events.
Why join Certinal
- Own the technical win: direct, visible influence on every enterprise deal Certinal closes.
- Build from scratch: define the demo library, the RFP knowledge base and the pre-sales playbook rather than inheriting them.
- Regulated-market depth: work where healthcare, compliance and enterprise integration meet, and technical credibility decides deals.
- Close to product: a short path from a customer requirement you surface to a roadmap decision.
- International exposure: enterprise accounts across India, the United States and other geographies.
- Learning and development: a professional development budget and access to industry conferences and certifications.
About the role
Generate qualified leads, identify decision-makers and build pipeline for our Account Executives across enterprise healthcare and regulated industries in India. Indian hospital chains, diagnostic networks, pharmaceutical companies and insurers still run consent and authorisation on paper forms, scanned PDFs and uncontrolled templates. Your job is to find the organisations feeling that pain, reach the people accountable for it, and open the conversation. It suits 2 to 5 years in inside sales or business development, including at least 1 year in healthcare SaaS.
What you will do
- Lead generation: contact potential customers through outbound calls, email and LinkedIn across target accounts in India.
- Prospecting and qualification: engage decision-makers across Compliance, IT, Medical Records, Operations and Legal, and qualify on consent volume, audit exposure and current process.
- Account research: build target account lists across hospital chains, diagnostic networks, pharmaceutical companies, clinical research organisations and insurers.
- Pipeline management: keep lead, contact and activity data accurate in HubSpot and the pipeline clean and current.
- Collaboration: work with Marketing to follow up on inbound, webinar and event leads, and feed back on message and campaign performance.
- Targets: consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline created.
- Handover quality: brief Account Executives with clean context on pain, stakeholders, timelines and next steps before every handover.
- Market research: track healthcare industry trends, regulatory developments and competitor activity in the India market.
What we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years of inside sales, SDR or business development experience in B2B SaaS selling into Indian enterprises.
- At least 1 year of that selling healthcare SaaS, with working familiarity of how hospitals, diagnostic chains and pharmaceutical companies buy software.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through cold outreach in a B2B setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English; fluency in Hindi or another regional language is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, plus prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and disciplined follow-up cadences.
- Understanding of Indian enterprise buying and procurement cycles.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Pitching, probing, objection handling and rapport building.
- Strong analytical skill and professional business conversational etiquette.
- Account mapping and social selling ability.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling into healthcare, pharmaceutical or insurance accounts in India.
- Exposure to compliance-led or document workflow software.
- Experience working alongside a field or enterprise sales team.
- A public speaking or debate background.
Why join Certinal
- Ground floor of a market: build pipeline in a category most Indian enterprises are only now digitising.
- Clear path forward: defined progression from BDR into Account Executive or Senior BDR based on performance.
- Real coaching: direct access to senior sales leadership, with structured call and email feedback.
- Enterprise deals: large, multi-stakeholder accounts rather than transactional volume.
- Learning and development: a professional development budget and access to industry events.
About the role
Open and build pipeline across the United States healthcare market, mapping buying committees and creating opportunities for our Account Executives across health systems, payers, provider groups and life sciences organisations. US healthcare buyers carry HIPAA obligations, 21 CFR Part 11 requirements in clinical and research settings, CMS interoperability mandates, and consent workflows that still sit outside their EHR. Your job is to find the organisations carrying that burden, reach the right stakeholders and earn the first meeting. The position is based out of India and works US business hours, and it suits 3 to 6 years in SDR, BDR or inside sales, including at least 2 years in healthcare SaaS.
What you will do
- Lead generation: run multi-channel outbound across calls, email and LinkedIn into US target accounts during US business hours.
- Prospecting and qualification: map buying committees across CIO, CMIO, VP Revenue Cycle, Chief Compliance Officer, Privacy Officer and Clinical Informatics, and qualify on current process and consent volume.
- Account research: build and maintain target account lists across health systems, integrated delivery networks, payers, physician groups, life sciences and clinical research organisations.
- Competitive discovery: establish which eSignature and eConsent tools an account currently uses, and where those tools fall short.
- Pipeline management: keep lead, contact and activity data accurate in HubSpot and run disciplined multi-touch cadences.
- Collaboration: work with Marketing on inbound, webinar and conference follow-up, and report back on what messaging lands.
- Targets: consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline created.
- Market research: stay current on US healthcare regulation, EHR ecosystem developments and competitor positioning.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 6 years of SDR, BDR or inside sales experience selling into United States accounts.
- At least 2 years of that in healthcare SaaS, selling to providers, payers or life sciences organisations.
- Demonstrated success cold calling and cold emailing US buyers in a regulated industry.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent, and strong written communication.
- Working familiarity with the US healthcare landscape, including providers, payers and the role of HIPAA.
- Hands-on experience with a CRM such as HubSpot and a sales engagement or sequencing tool.
- Comfortable working US business hours on a sustained basis.
- Strong objection handling, discovery questioning and rapport building.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and resilient in a high-activity environment.
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Nice to have
- Prior experience selling eSignature, eConsent, clinical documentation or healthcare IT software.
- Familiarity with EHR platforms such as Epic or Oracle Cerner and where they sit in a health system stack.
- Exposure to 21 CFR Part 11, SOC 2 or other compliance-driven sales conversations.
- Experience supporting an enterprise or strategic account sales motion.
- A public speaking background.
Why join Certinal
- Open a market: help build the US motion from an early stage rather than joining a running machine.
- Enterprise deals: multi-stakeholder health system and payer accounts with real deal size.
- Clear path forward: defined progression into Account Executive or Senior BDR based on performance.
- Direct leadership access: short feedback loops with senior sales and marketing leadership.
- Learning and development: a professional development budget and access to industry conferences.
About the role
Build and scale product marketing for our eSignature and eConsent workflows: positioning, messaging, go-to-market launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence and narrative-driven content that accelerates pipeline and adoption. This is a builder role, ideal for someone who can set the strategy, roll up their sleeves and ship high-quality assets themselves. It suits 5 to 10 years of overall experience including at least 3 years in healthcare and B2B SaaS, and reports to the CEO.
What you will do
- Develop and continually refine product positioning, core messaging and value propositions across IT, Legal, Procurement and business personas.
- Translate product capabilities into compelling customer narratives, use-case stories and proof points.
- Partner with Product, Sales and Customer Success to align on launch goals, target segments and success metrics.
- Build launch kits (one-pagers, FAQs, release narratives, pricing and packaging notes, demo flows) and train internal teams.
- Own the sales narrative: pitch deck, solution briefs, ROI and value messaging, email snippets and talk tracks.
- Track competitor moves, pricing and packaging trends and messaging, and turn insights into practical sales tools and strategy inputs.
- Conduct market and customer research to validate segments, persona pains and buying triggers.
- Act as a subject-matter expert driving product-centric thought leadership: webinars, blogs, points of view and playbooks.
- Build customer advocacy: case studies, quotes, reference stories and customer community enablement.
- Define success metrics for product marketing and report on pipeline influence, conversion, adoption and enablement usage.
What we are looking for
- 5 to 10 years in B2B product marketing, solutions marketing or an adjacent go-to-market role, with at least 3 years in enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated experience building differentiated messaging and positioning for a platform or product suite.
- Proven ownership of product launches and cross-functional go-to-market execution.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, and the ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear customer value.
- Experience building sales enablement assets and collaborating closely with Sales and Pre-Sales.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and accountability.
- A bachelor's degree; an MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
Why join Certinal
- Market leadership: join a leader in the rapidly growing digital signature and eConsent market.
- Strategic impact: direct influence on company growth, go-to-market strategy and market positioning.
- Growth opportunity: scale a world-class marketing function from the ground up.
- Talented team: work alongside experienced product, sales and engineering teams.
- Competitive advantage: an innovative platform with a differentiated value proposition in a high-growth market.
- International exposure: drive marketing strategy across multiple geographies and customer segments.
- Learning and development: a competitive professional development budget and access to industry conferences.
About the role
Certinal is looking for an Associate Product Manager to support the product team across discovery, specification, and delivery for our e-Signature and e-Consent platform. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to turn customer problems into shipped, well-defined product.
This is an execution-focused role for someone early in their product career. You will write the stories, chase the details, keep the backlog honest, and make sure what ships matches what was agreed. Because Certinal operates in regulated healthcare, you will also learn to treat audit trails, evidence, and compliance requirements as first-class product concerns rather than afterthoughts.
Reports to: Khanjan Kotecha
Experience: 1 to 4 years in product management or a closely related role, including a minimum of 1 year in healthcare SaaS.
What you will do
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirement documents from agreed problem statements.
- Groom and maintain the backlog alongside engineering and QA, and keep priorities, dependencies, and status current.
- Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and review, and unblock engineering questions during the sprint.
- Triage customer feedback, support tickets, and field requests into themes with evidence and frequency attached.
- Run structured competitive teardowns of e-signature and e-consent products and keep a living comparison current.
- Translate regulatory and security requirements into testable acceptance criteria in partnership with Pre-Sales and Engineering.
- Support release planning, write release notes, and prepare internal enablement material for Sales and Customer Success.
- Track adoption, funnel, and usage metrics in product analytics, and report on how shipped features actually perform.
- Assist with beta and pilot programmes, including participant selection, feedback capture, and readout.
- Contribute to user research: interview scheduling, note-taking, synthesis, and sharing findings with the team.
- Maintain product documentation so that internal teams have one accurate source of truth.
Skills & experience requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or an engineering, consulting, or customer-facing role with clear product exposure.
- Strong written communication; able to write a requirement that an engineer can build from without a follow-up meeting.
- Structured problem-solving and comfort breaking an ambiguous request into scoped, sequenced work.
- Hands-on experience with an issue tracker such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Working familiarity with Figma and the ability to review and give useful feedback on designs.
- Basic SQL and comfort working with product analytics tools.
- Genuine curiosity about how enterprise software is bought, deployed, and audited.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent analytical discipline.
Preferred
- Exposure to B2B or enterprise SaaS rather than consumer products.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and reading API documentation.
- Interest in or exposure to regulated domains such as healthcare, financial services, or clinical research.
- Experience using AI tooling to accelerate research, synthesis, or documentation work.
- Prior internship or project work in product management.
Why join Certinal?
- Real Ownership Early: Own features end to end rather than sitting on the edge of someone else's roadmap.
- Learn a Hard Domain: Regulated healthcare product work builds judgement that transfers anywhere.
- Close to Customers: Direct exposure to enterprise buyers through Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success.
- Small Team, Short Loops: Decisions get made quickly and you will see your work ship.
- Learning & Development: Professional development budget and mentorship from senior product leadership.
About the role
Design, build and maintain scalable automated testing across our products, and apply AI-assisted approaches where they genuinely improve test generation, coverage, maintenance and defect detection. You will work across UI, API and CI, own the frameworks rather than only writing scripts against them, and help design test strategies for AI-powered product features. It suits around 5 years in software test automation with strong JavaScript, TypeScript and Java.
What you will do
- Build and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks in JavaScript, TypeScript, Playwright, Cypress, WebdriverIO and Cucumber, and in Java with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG and JUnit.
- Implement API automation over REST and GraphQL with Supertest, Postman and RestAssured.
- Apply AI and ML-powered testing: self-healing locators, visual regression, intelligent and risk-based test selection, and evaluate new AI testing tools for adoption.
- Use LLMs and AI coding assistants to accelerate test generation, test-data creation and maintenance, with sound judgment on where they help and where they do not.
- Design test strategies for AI and LLM-powered product features, handling non-determinism, building eval-style assertions and validating guardrails.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD test pipelines and containerised test execution.
- Investigate failures to root cause, drive down flaky tests and keep suites reliable and trustworthy.
- Write clean, maintainable test code following established patterns, and work with developers and product managers to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
What we are looking for
- 5 years in software test automation, with strong JavaScript, TypeScript and Java experience.
- Proficiency with modern JavaScript automation tools (Playwright, Cypress or WebdriverIO), Selenium WebDriver with Java, and a BDD framework such as Cucumber.
- Hands-on experience building automation frameworks from the ground up in Java with TestNG or JUnit, not only writing scripts against an existing one.
- Solid API testing skills across REST and GraphQL, with Postman, Supertest, RestAssured or similar.
- Hands-on use of AI coding assistants in real engineering work, plus a working understanding of prompt engineering, LLM APIs and integrating AI services into automation workflows.
- Exposure to applying AI or ML in testing: self-healing tests, visual AI validation or LLM-based test generation.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git and basic Docker usage.
- A strong debugging and root-cause mindset, and a good grasp of testing methodologies and design patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, comfortable working across multiple projects and teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with commercial AI testing platforms such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools or Functionize.
- Exposure to performance testing with k6, JMeter or Gatling.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure or GCP, and parallel or containerised test execution at scale.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle, and reporting tooling such as Allure.
- Accessibility testing with axe-core, or visual regression tooling such as Percy.
- Contributions to open-source testing tools.
- Relevant certifications: ISTQB, cloud, or AI and ML credentials.

- Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving multiple stakeholders, security reviews, procurement, legal negotiations, and technical evaluations.
- Identify expansion opportunities across existing customers and develop long-term account growth plans.
- Bring structured customer and market feedback to Product and leadership to support product strategy and GTM decisions.
- Develop repeatable sales playbooks, qualification standards, account planning practices, and deal management processes.
- Coach and develop members of the sales team and help build a high-performance, ownership-driven sales culture.
What we are looking for
- 8–15 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably in SaaS, enterprise software, privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, healthcare technology, or digital transformation solutions.

- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales, account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and commercial structuring.
- Ability to independently run discovery conversations and understand customer business problems before positioning a solution.
- Commercially strong with the ability to build ROI-driven propositions rather than relying primarily on product demonstrations.
- Comfortable working closely with technical, product, implementation, and legal teams during complex sales processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills.
- High level of ownership, urgency, and comfort operating in a fast-growing environment with limited bureaucracy.
Good to have

- Experience building or scaling an enterprise SaaS sales team or sales function.
What success looks like
The Sales Director will be expected to create predictable revenue growth by combining strong individual deal execution with disciplined sales management.
Success will be measured through revenue achievement, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, strategic account penetration, sales cycle progression, customer expansion, and the development of a scalable enterprise sales motion.

About the role
Certinal is looking for an Implementation & Delivery Head to own end-to-end delivery of customer implementations globally, including eSignature deployments, DPDP consent platform rollouts, integrations, and migrations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution from implementation kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
This is a leadership role focused on driving on-time go-lives, implementation margins, and customer satisfaction, while building a scalable delivery organization. You will establish the processes, team, and delivery framework required to support Certinal's growing customer base and scale with the DPDP pipeline ahead of the May 2027 enforcement deadline.
Experience: 8+ years
What you will do
- Own the global delivery portfolio: implementation plans, SOWs, resource allocation, and go-live commitments across all active accounts
- Build and run the delivery methodology: kickoff, configuration, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and handover to Customer Success
- Scale the delivery team for DPDP volume: hiring, partner/SI enablement, and a repeatable implementation playbook per vertical (healthcare, NBFC, pharma)
- Protect implementation margin: effort estimation standards, scope control, change-order discipline
- Act as delivery counterpart in late-stage sales cycles: validate implementation timelines and effort before commercial commitment
- Own escalations on at-risk implementations; drive resolution with Engineering (Harshad) and Product (Khanjan)
- Define and report delivery metrics to leadership: on-time go-live %, time-to-value, hypercare exit rate, CSAT, utilization
- Manage integration delivery: EMR/HIS, ERP, HR systems, SSO, API-based deployments in customer environments
Required experience
- 8+ years in enterprise SaaS delivery, 5+ leading multi-region delivery teams
- Track record of implementing compliance, workflow, or document/signature platforms in regulated industries
- Hands-on with implementation commercials: SOW construction, margin management, change orders
- Experience scaling delivery through partners/SIs, not just direct headcount
- Comfortable in pre-sales handoff conversations: can challenge unrealistic timelines before they're sold
Preferred
- Exposure to data privacy regimes (DPDP, GDPR) or eSignature/consent domain
- India healthcare or BFSI implementation experience
- Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 or validated-environment deployments

Who we are
Certinal is a consent and compliance platform. Enterprises use us to sign, gather consent and stay auditable across eSignature, healthcare consent and India's DPDP Act, in the systems their teams already work in.
We are part of Zycus, so we build at enterprise scale with the pace of a much smaller team. If you want work where security review, legal review and real regulatory deadlines are part of the craft rather than an obstacle to it, you will recognise this place.
Tell us about yourself and attach your CV. We read every application.
